Leadership Team – Bare Essentials Marketing > Rick Wandrych

Managing Partner & InternetRick Wandrych Headshot Marketing Specialist

Rick Wandrych, a Scottsdale native, has worked for more than two decades in the technology industry, a decade in real estate and now has established himself as an advocate for small businesses. Throughout his experience, Wandrych has seen innumerable small businesses without vast resources get left behind by technology – and he now aims to help them change that.

Wandrych chose to establish Bare Essentials Marketing to help small businesses attract new customers, keep existing customers and get paid faster through the use of affordable technology. Services include website design and development, email marketing, online payment management systems, along with other solutions.

During his real estate career, Rick applied his knowledge and expertise in technology to best serve his real estate clients. He created a set of online tools that provided a fully-automated home showing feedback system, a way for investors to analyze their return on investment before purchase, a referral online rewards program, and an online transaction tracking system for buyers and sellers. In the fourth quarter 2009, Wandrych realized the technologies developed and integrated to manage his small business over the years would be highly valuable to a large segment of small businesses left behind by the high costs of technology and technical services.

Wandrych is a member of the Arizona Association of Assisted Living Homes, North Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and has been a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Arizona Association of Realtors, and the Scottsdale Association of Realtors. In addition, Wandrych is a member of several local technology networks focused on web development, search engine optimization and e-marketing.

Graduating from Arizona State University in 1980 earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Computer Science, Wandrych initially joined Electronic Data Systems as a systems engineer. In 1984, he took a position as an account manager with General Electric. Wandrych continued to move up the corporate ladder holding management positions in technical sales, marketing and operations, including the being a director at MicroAge for five years before parlaying his skills into the real estate industry and leaving the corporate world.
